Shaftless screw conveyor is a kind of special conveyor,in order to achieve some mixed raw meterial conveying,it bespecial designed by engineers to meet customer.It mainly use in polluted water,baggage,building materials, chemicalindustry and other mixed raw material.
Product feature:
Anti-winding: no central shaft design, can transport wet, viscous or viscous materials, eliminating the commonblocking and accumulation phenomenon in shaft screw conveyors.
The difference of shafted conveyor with shaftless conveyor:
1. Structure
Shaftless screw conveyor: drive, shell, liner, shaftless blade, cover, etc.;
Axis screw conveyor: drive, shell, inner tube shaft, blade, cover plate, etc.;
2. Conveying materials
Shaftless screw conveyor materials: sludge, household garbage, grille slag, etc. have viscous, entangled materialsand massive materials.
Shaft screw conveyor materials: powder, small particle materials, etc., if the conveying of viscous materials willcause the materials to stick to the blades, causing blockage.
3. Conveying angle
Shaftless screw conveyor: horizontal conveying, the maximum inclination angle generally does not exceed 20°(according to the actual usage)
Axis screw conveyor: horizontal conveying, inclined conveying, vertical conveying.
